If you can offer a little more to support others who can’t afford to pay the fee, we invite you to practice generosity. A gift would support others to participate who wouldn't otherwise be able to attend.

We want to make this opportunity as accessible as possible, so we have a limited number of scholarships available.
Please indicate on the registration form if you are applying for one of these. Scholarships will be awarded based on immediate need and ability to pay. Priority will be given to resident Goans. Please be in touch with any questions.

Once we receive your registration - we will email you an invoice for payment. This will have all details for payment, either by direct bank deposit or through PayUmoney.

Cancellation policy
The tricky thing in preparing for an event is that all the planning depends upon the number of people who come.
To help us with that, it's important that you let us know of any change in circumstances as soon as you are able.

- If you cancel your registration on or before 24 February, you will receive a full refund of all participation fees less a 2,000Rs deposit.
- If you cancel between the 25 February and 9 March, you will receive 50% of your total fees.
- From 10 March we must charge full fee for cancellations.
- You may of course give your place to someone else without any surcharge.
